I cheated on my girlfriend really early in our relationship (I'm talking about first week we started dating) and I never told her about it. Fast forward 7 years together, I had a suspicion that she was cheating on my with her yoga instructor so I decided to look through her phone one night and my suspicions were right. There we naughty texts her and an unsaved number which I later found out belongs to the yoga instructor. The texts also revealed they have hooked up at her place when she said told me she was going to do yoga. I'm not sure how to bring this up to her and if I should come clean about my infidelity and snooping through her phone, I thought I'd confess it here first.
